MyAutismTeam  (www.MyAutismTeam.com) is a social network for parents of kids with autism.  You can think of it as a cross between Facebook and Yelp, designed specifically for parents of kids with autism.   On MyAutismTeam you can find other parents just like you, share tips and recommendations of local providers and specialists, ask and answer questions, and post updates and comments to a community of other parents who “get it”.  The site is free to parents and has a provider directory of more than 30,000 autism specialists.  Since its launch in June 2011 the site has grown from 30 parents to more than 27,000 parents from all across the US and Canada.  MyAutismTeam also has an iPhone app and is releasing an app for Android as well.   The folks behind MyAutismTeam believe that if you’re a parent of a child with autism it should be easy to find the best people around to help you.  You can join the site at www.myautismteam.com
