About Rob Gorski

As a special needs parent for over 12 years, I’m very, very connected to the special needs community. I’m a very motivated, dedicated and compassionate person. I’m also a father to 3 boys with Autism. My oldest is extremely medically fragile with unbelievably rare conditions. I live for my wife and kids, as well as helping others in the Autism and special needs community.
Writing has become my passion, my way of life and my portal to the world. I created the multiple award winning blog, Lost and Tired in 2010. In the last 3 years, it’s grown into one of the most popular Autism related blog online today.

In 2013, I was honored with the title of 3rd most influential Autism blogger on the internet by the Dr.Oz website, Sharecare. My impact was measured through a proprietary algorithm based on more than 100 individual metrics developed and powered by WCG, the marketing-leading digital communications agency, quantifying topic relevance, syndication, presence and reach.

My goal is to use my success to not only help my family move forward in life but also help as many other families within the special needs community as possible.

I partner with companies to provide giveaways that will make a difference in the lives of my readers. I’ve been able to giveaway almost a dozen android tablets, gift cards for apps, weighted blankets, basic medical equipment and educational reading material.

I’ve also built an amazing online support forum for the special needs community called, My Autism Help. Through a partnership with Tapatalk, the industry leader in mobile forum apps for both android and iOS, I also provide a corresponding mobile app. This app is custom built and designed to take full advantage of the My Autism Help Forums from a mobile device.

To continue my mission of helping others, I’m always looking for new partnerships that would benefit my readers and their families.
